Bastyr Center for Natural Health

Build out of clinic space on two floors. The center includes waiting and reception areas, offices, a study library, 40 patient care rooms, treatment areas, a student lounge, Western and Chinese natural medicine dispensaries and 2,500 feet of retail space.

Seattle Pacific University: Science Building

New science teaching and research facility in the middle of Seattle Pacific University campus.

Seattle University: Student Center Building

Installed all the electrical and low voltage systems for the Seattle University Student Building, a three-story facility designed to be the hub of student activity on campus and the third major building constructed at Seattle University.

The Overlake School: Performing & Visual Arts Building

The Performing Arts Center at Overlake provides a 350 seat theater, a smaller black box theater, and classrooms for drama, music, band, and choir.

The Overlake School: Technology and Learning Center Building

Demolition of an existing building and construction of a brand new three-story building.

Government

Bremerton Naval Base FIDE Center

Provided electrical services to the new Fleet Interactive Display Equipment training facility at the USA Bremerton Naval Base.

Hiram M. Chittenden Locks

Performed comprehensive security upgrades for the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks in Ballard, WA.

King County Court House Seismic Stabilization and TI Project

Provided a seismic retrofit to a hundred year old twelve-story Seattle historic building.

King County Jail

Project designed to replace and upgrade the electronic security, fire alarm, lighting control and electrical distribution systems and operations at the King County Correctional Facility in downtown Seattle.

Seattle City Light Security Upgrades

Designed and built a state-of-the-art security platform for four major water dams in the state of Washington.

Seattle Public Utilities Security Upgrades

Designed and installed wide-ranging security upgrades for 42 Seattle Public Utility locations ranging from reservoirs, watersheds, damns, pump stations, and control operation centers.

Healthcare & Lab

Good Samaritan Hospital Cancer Center

Provided electrical distribution, lighting, and branch power to a two story facility consisting of radiation oncology clinic, medical oncology clinic, a twenty-six station chemotherapy unit, a radiology suite, education center, cancer research laboratories and a PET/CT machine.

Good Samaritan West Wing Expansion

Handled the electrical construction of the Ambulatory Treatment Unit facility and the Sleep Clinic remodel as well as the addition of the Pharmacy Laboratory, Nuclear Medicine Center and Stat Lab as part of an expansion of the Good Samaritan Hospital West Wing.

International Pacific Halibut Commission

Evergreen Power Systems had the opportunity to be a part of the design and construction team to build out IPHC’s new office space down in Salmon Bay.

Yarrow Bay Plastic Surgery

Fast-tracked tenant improvement that included thirty-eight private offices, three conference rooms, one executive boardroom, and large outdoor patio.

Gensler Architects

LEED tenant improvement project was intended to make Gensler's Seattle office into a showpiece of new design ideas, materials and products.

Google Kirkland Campus

Large tenant improvement of two, two-story buildings. The project consisted of the build out of a new 450 sq. ft. server room, 780 sq. ft testing lab and UPS battery back-up equipment.

JPC Architects

Fast-tracked tenant improvement that included brand new electrical distribution, high-end light fixtures for ten private offices and much more.

Perkins + Will Seattle Office

First LEED Platinum certified project in Washington State. One key project highlight is the lighting which is now 46% more efficient than a typical space.

Ground-up four-story structure that services as the new YMCA facility for the Shoreline community.

George F Russell Jr. Hall

Ground-up mixed-use project in the University District. The project consisted of 30 one-bedroom and studio apartments, three underground levels of parking, ground-level retail and three floors of office space with a rooftop deck.

Millennium Corporate Park

Provided all electrical systems for this state-of-the-art facility.

Newmark Tower

Ground-up project of a twenty-four story high-rise building, comprised of 103,000 square feet of commercial space and 194 condominiums.

American Girl - Alderwood Mall

Fast-track tenant improvement project of a 12,500 sq. ft. American Girl retail store at Alderwood Mall.

Charter Bank - Redmond Town Center

3,000 sq. ft. Charter Bank branch in the Redmond Town Center. Facility includes executive offices, conference rooms, reception area, work room, break room, and copy room. High quality materials and finishes were used throughout.

Chase Bank Branch Upgrades

Evergreen has been involved in 23 WAMU to Chase Bank branch conversions in the greater Seattle area.

Columbia Tower Club

Tenant improvement project at the Columbia Tower Club. Project consisted of state-of-the-art lighting control system, high-end light fixtures throughout the entire club and a large expansion of the 75th floor kitchen

Two-story ground-up building for a local branch bank and corporate headquarters.

National Bureau of Asian Research

A 12,912 sq. ft. build out for the corporate headquarters of a nonprofit, nonpartisan research institution specializing in Asia-Pacific policy.

Safeco Building 86

Large tenant improvement of a two story office building with electrical system campus integration.

Symetra Financial

Multi phased project in two different Bellevue towers. Due to its fast tracked nature, this tenant improvement project included considerable value engineering and pre-construction work.

Four-phased project in two different buildings for a large industrial chemical distributor.

15,900 sq.ft. tenant improvement on the 8th floor of Skyline Tower.

ValvE Phase I & II

Fast-track tenant improvement project of four floors in the Skyline Tower Building in Bellevue, WA which Evergreen completed in less than twenty-one weeks.

Willow Creek Corporate Center Building G

Office build out that included focus rooms, eleven mid-to-large enhanced conference rooms, mixers (mini kitchenettes), a cafeteria and large, open spaces for workstations with exposed ceilings in most areas.
