Fast-track tenant improvement project of a 12,500 sq. ft. American Girl retail store at Alderwood Mall.

Charter Bank - Redmond Town Center

3,000 sq. ft. Charter Bank branch in the Redmond Town Center. Facility includes executive offices, conference rooms, reception area, work room, break room, and copy room. High quality materials and finishes were used throughout.

Chase Bank Branch Upgrades

Evergreen has been involved in 23 WAMU to Chase Bank branch conversions in the greater Seattle area.

Columbia Tower Club
